Shipping Times & Costs

Estimated delivery times:

- International: 10–30 business days (customs delays may occur)
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders, as indicated at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Important Notes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order and tracking details. We will assist in reviewing the situation and, when applicable, help initiate a carrier claim.
