Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@imbrox.com with your order number.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we are at fault.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads, software, or gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.
